How far in advance should we book a corporate group transfer or retreat tour?

What is the maximum group size you can accommodate in one movement?

A single Sprinter van accommodates up to fourteen passengers. For larger groups we deploy multiple vehicles that travel together as a coordinated convoy, with radio communication between drivers to maintain group cohesion. Can you arrange multi-day corporate retreat programs?

Yes. Multi-day programs are a speciality. A typical two-day executive retreat might include: Day 1 — YVR airport pick-ups and transfer to Whistler, evening welcome dinner logistics, Whistler village orientation. Day 2 — Sea-to-Sky scenic drive with one or two activity stops (gondola, zipline, or golf), late afternoon return to Vancouver with final hotel drop-off. Do your vehicles accommodate audio/visual equipment and presentation materials?

Our Sprinter vans include USB charging at every seat and can accommodate portable presentation equipment, collateral boxes, and branded materials.
