Private Group Travel & Corporate Ground Programs in Canada

Yes. GDtours accepts tailored private group enquiries from 8 guests to 300+. GDtours coordinates private sightseeing, airport and cruise transfers, transportation, hotel requirements, professional guides, corporate programs and MICE ground services through one tailored proposal. Approximate guest count and dates are enough to begin.

Request a group proposal for a private group, corporate program, incentive trip, association delegation, cruise group or professionally advised client journey.

Private group booking: 1–7 guests and 8+ guests

Eligible standard public GDtours tours for 1–7 guests use the direct standard booking path, canonical cart and canonical checkout. Groups of 8 or more are not rejected or shown as sold out. They use the tailored Group/MICE proposal path so the appropriate private arrangement can be reviewed. Transfer services remain separately planned and priced per configured vehicle service.

Built for the people responsible for the whole journey

What can GDtours coordinate for a private group?

Airport, cruise and group transportation

Group transportation is planned around headcount, luggage, routing, timing and service requirements—not guest count alone. Arrival flight patterns, departure waves, YVR transfers, Canada Place cruise terminal movements, hotels, venues, dinners, multiple stops, mobility requirements and multiple vehicles can all affect the operating plan.

Hotels and accommodation requirements

GDtours can incorporate accommodation requirements into the group planning brief and coordinate applicable ground arrangements. Number of rooms, room nights, hotel category, location, single or double requirements, VIP needs and accessibility can be included. Hotel availability, supplier terms and confirmed proposal conditions apply; no room block or inventory is guaranteed before review.

MICE, incentive and corporate programs

Professional buyers can submit requirements for arrival coordination, delegate transportation, executive offsites, incentive sightseeing, corporate outings, conference excursions, hotel movements, restaurant movements, departure coordination, multi-day itineraries and VIP arrangements.

Association, conference and delegation logistics

GDtours accepts program enquiries from 8 guests through 300+ and develops the operating plan after reviewing the requirements. Larger enquiries, including 350 or 500 guests, can be captured for review without guaranteeing capacity before the program is assessed.

One group. One coordinated ground plan.

A tailored proposal can connect arrival, transfer, hotel, meeting or event, private sightseeing, dinner or experience movements, and departure. It can include only the ground components the group requires rather than forcing the program into a fixed package.

Operational details that shape a group plan

Why arrival patterns matter

Fifty guests arriving on one flight require a different operating plan from fifty guests arriving across six flights.

Why hotel location matters

Hotel location affects transfer time, vehicle routing and how much can realistically fit into a sightseeing program.

Why luggage matters

Vehicle planning must consider luggage volume as well as passenger count.

Why the event agenda matters

Conference start and finish times determine transfer waves and available windows for touring or dining.

Why mobility requirements matter

Accessibility needs should be known early so routes, timings and vehicle requirements can be planned appropriately.

How the group proposal process works

  1. Share the brief: approximate destination, dates, guest count and requirements.
  2. GDtours builds the ground plan: routing, transportation, tours, guides, accommodation requirements and special needs are reviewed.
  3. Receive a tailored proposal: scope, operating plan and commercial terms for the services proposed.
  4. Coordinated delivery: confirmed arrangements are operated against the agreed program.

Request your group proposal

The direct group page works without an individual tour or tour ID. Submit the destination, approximate dates, guest count, buyer role, group type, requested services and planning notes through the same canonical Group/MICE enquiry system. A successful submission creates one group enquiry record and does not create a cart, booking, payment or PaymentIntent.
