Families with young children, multi-generational groups with different mobility levels, corporate hospitality with 15-20 guests, or visitors who want something that does not exist in the catalogue — the Custom Planning service builds the experience from the requirements rather than fitting the group into an existing template. The process: a 30-minute planning call (or WhatsApp exchange if preferred) to establish the group composition, match schedule, days available, budget, and interests. GDtours returns a proposed itinerary within 48 hours. Adjustments are made through one or two follow-up exchanges. Final itinerary is confirmed with a 30% deposit; balance is due 14 days before the visit. Custom planning is available for any combination of the experiences in the FIFA 2026 catalogue — day tours, overnight extensions, transfers, concierge services — recombined and scaled to the specific group. It is also available for experiences outside the catalogue entirely: private helicopter tours, yacht charters, Indigenous cultural experiences, farm dinners, and bespoke wine-country itineraries. The Custom Planning service has no additional fee — the itinerary is priced at the component rates, with no planning surcharge.
