Your driver monitors your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed on departure, the driver does not leave for the airport until your revised arrival time. If you land early, the driver is already in position with your 60-minute included wait time running. If a delay extends beyond the included 60 minutes of wait time, additional wait time is billed at CA$15 per 15 minutes — this is disclosed at booking and confirmed in your invoice. For delays beyond 3 hours, we offer a complimentary reschedule to the next arrival window at no charge.
